Bancroft’s reputation for excellence is based on its commitment to providing a spectrum of individualized services, treating each person with respect and dignity, and providing services in an encouraging and supportive environment.

Founded in 1883 in Haddonfield, NJ, Bancroft is New Jersey’s single largest provider of services to children and adults diagnosed with autism, development disabilities, brain injuries, and other neurological impairments. Bancroft serves over 2,000 children and adults annually in settings throughout Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Ocean, Middlesex and Salem counties in New Jersey, and in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania. Services include special education, vocational training and supported employment, structured day programs, campus and community living programs, behavioral stabilization services for children, and residential and outpatient services.

Bancroft NeuroRehab provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, cognitive therapy, and neuropsychological services to individuals with a variety of neurologic deficits, which may be the result of traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumor, dementia or progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. Bancroft NeuroRehab provides both out-patient community services as well as residential and day program services for individuals with neurologic deficits.
