CFSJ’s mission is driven by committed volunteers who support and advise the staff regarding a number of key areas.
Governance (formerly Board Development) The governance committee is responsible for board recruitment, nominations, orientation, training, and performance assessment, in accordance with the by-laws of the foundation and consistent with the Community Foundation’s vision and mission. This committee is charge with helping CFSJ represent the region with Board members from each of the 8 counties we serve, and with diversity that reflects the communities that make up South Jersey.
